West Des Moines Physical Therapy
Adel Physical Therapy, Inc. has three locations; two West Des Moines physical therapy locations and one in Adel. We have 6 licensed physical therapists with 83 years of combined experience.
Our Adel location opened in May of 2004. Two of our therapists, Mike Burggraaf and Laura Hejtmanek, practice full time out of this location. Our West Des Moines physical therapy location on Westown Parkway opened in April, 2007. We have two full time therapists, Steven Clark and Blake Hardy, and one part time therapist, Kerri Hardy, at this location. Prior to opening this location, Steven Clark practiced at the Heartland Holistic Health Center location. We have one full time therapist, Lindsay Brown, practicing at the West Des Moines physical therapy location at Heartland Holistic Health Center.

- Adel Physical Therapy Clinic: appointments from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
West Des Moines Physical Therapy Clinics:
- Westown Parkway: appointments from 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Heartland Holistic location: appointments from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
